Stats Error

Hi,

All I get when trying to view banner statistics via the frontend is:

Request-URI Too Large
The requested URL's length exceeds the capacity limit for this server.

I have my own dedicated server... so I'm unsure why this is the case.

Hello!

Do you get the error on all types of stats, or with flash-based stats only? What are the date intervals you are trying to retrieve?

Thank you!

Ok, the guys as ServInt have taken a look, and for them it doesn't even generate into an error. They simply get:

Unknown.png

When they push generate, it does nothing. I'm using Safari on Mac, so when I load the page it just starts automatically loading to produce the error.

I should mention, that this initially worked when I had only a few banners implemented, then as I've loaded up the system with hundreds, it stopped working.

Does it have more to do with links input being this long?

Code:
http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=TJqLesXcBeg&offerid=323113.11&subid=0&type=4&LSNSUBSITE=LSNSUBSITE
I also have the Xenforo link proxy turned on, which adds the domain name to the beginning of that at XF side of things.

If you mean the links for individual banners, it shouldn't matter for stats generation.

Please contact us at https://customers.dnf.technology/clientarea.php and provide a test account details, which we can use to reproduce the error in the browser, and we should be able to see what's going on.

Thank you!

Ok... this is your software, not the server. I've been playing around with this over the past few days, and deleted a whole bunch of banners. Doing so allowed the banner stats to work. I think your software has an issue with hundreds of banners being present in relation to banner stats showing.

Give it a try... load it up with a few hundred banners. I've got 64 at present, and it all works. With 400+ it doesn't work.
